Description:
Seven venues in Covington host a weekend of International Music, Dance and Art featuring 40+ acts and 150+ performers in a great celebration of diverse cultures and art forms. Discover a new world through the language of music - and travel around the globe right here on the streets of Covington. Proceeds benefit Play it Forward, a 501c3 nonprofit that assists musicians in times of extreme hardship.

Friday, Oct. 16:
6-10 pm VIP Mixer at Baker Hunt with food, wine and live music by CCM combo and Faux Frenchmen ($30 includes ticket to Global After-Party, WMF Mainstage and a ticket voucher for a CCM production.)
Saturday, Oct. 17: Baker Hunt (620 Greenup): 9 am - 1 pm Continental breakfast and music and 10 am - 3 pm Kids Zone with storytellers, hands-on workshops and children's entertainers. Step-N-Out Studio (721 Madison): Noon - 5 pm Dance showcase with workshops. Artisans Enterprise Center (25 W 7th): 1 - 7 pm Asian music with Asian art exhibit and Asian tea. Leapin Lizard (726 Main): Noon - 7 pm Moroccan Bazaar with vendors/info tables and two stages with live music. Chez Nora (530 Main): 2:30-7 pm Latin and Worldbeat Jazz The Avenue: 4-9 pm Island theme with Reggae, Cajun and Tropical music
Saturday Night, Oct. 17 9 pm - midnight. $5.Global after-party at Leapin Lizard featuring DJ Roma Boombox
Sunday, Oct. 18:
