Description:
October 31st brings a unique and wonderful family-friendly way to celebrate Halloween; Covington’s First Zombie Crawl. Do something different, bring the family and join in on the fun!
Calling all Zombies!! The Zombie Crawl will be a costume-themed tour of some of Covington's galleries, bars, and other nightlife hot spots. Participants are invited to dress to kill! Start at Molly Malone’s Irish Pub at 6pm and visit five other venues, all welcoming Zombies in their own special way! End up at the Leapin Lizzard gallery for their B-Movie Bash. Partipating venues include: Molly Malone’s, Sidebar, Down Under, The Avenue, and Leapin Lizzard Gallery

7-7:30pm Down Under Bar, 126 Park Place Down Under is already Zombie friendly, but will host a Zombie Haiku reading of Ryan Mecum’s Haiku Book. Read a Haiku and get a prize!
7:30-8pm Keystone Bar & Grill, 313 Greenup Street Keystone’s doors are open to all Zombies! Stop in and say hello, then carry on!
8-8:30pm Sidebar, 322 Greenup Street Zombies might be hungry by now. Snack on your favorite Zombie Treats, those edible non-zombies are identifiable with a wrist band.
8:30-9pm The Avenue, 411 Madison Avenue All Zombies take part in a choreographed Thriller Dance, so get ready for the moves! Sarah Mohr choreographs.
9-9:30pm Walk to Mainstrasse, head to Leapin Lizard Gallery , 726 Main Street You’ve walked, eaten, grunted and limped. Now its time to party! Awards for Best Costume, Best in Character and other categories will be announced at Leapin Lizard’s B-Movie Monster Bash, where tons of fun b-horror flicks will be shown throughout the evening.
